· Site Visitors—This section applies to you if you use the Site and Services made available via the Site. · We do not knowingly collect data from any individual(s) under the age of thirteen (13) years old. · No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/ promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

· Business Transfers.
