The project consists of design for a 100,000 square foot Manufacturing and R&D Workplace for the leading residential solar roofing company. The building includes a Manufacturing floor with (100+) assembly line equipment for solar roof products, Shipping & Receiving, R&D Labs and Office Space, Private Offices, Open Offices, Conference Rooms, Huddle Rooms, Café/Break, Coffee areas, Toilet/Shower and Locker Rooms, Reception Lobby, Fitness Room and Training Room. Exterior work included an Outdoor Mechanical Yard, Open Space Courtyards and electric vehicle charging stations within the parking lot.
